The management


Indira Prljaca, is employee in Vesta Association, more than ten years, at the position of Director of development and leads projects that contribute to socio-economic development and encourage the active participation of citizens in decision-making processes. After graduating from the Faculty of Philosophy; Department of oriental philology, the University of Sarajevo, the professional reorientation starts in the NGO sector. Working in the NGO TALDi more than 14 years, she gained the specific cross-sectoral competences in the area of the NGO capacity building, promotion of entrepreneurship, facilitation of the strategic and local economic development projects and support to development initiatives. During the period of her work as the director of TALDi (2003-2010.), she was responsible for the project management of numerous projects, and training / consulting programs delivered to NGOs, government institutions, local communities and other beneficiaries in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Western Balkans. Continuous professional development is marked by the certifications in the areas of organizational, institutional, project and business management, and particularly significant is a successfully completed two-year process (June 2006 - June 2008.) of International Advisory Certification in the Netherlands consulting agency, MDF Training & Consultancy. 

Zumreta Beširević is the financial bookkeeper in Association Vesta. After graduation from secondary commercial school and the additional training for an independent accountant, she gained her invaluable professional experience in several respectable Tuzla companies, accounting agencies and non-governmental organizations. In Association Vesta, she successfully manages activities in the area of accounting and finances, and her wide life and work experience is of great assistance to all the Vesta staff.
